Where are you located?
All Paper Lune artworks are created in our studio in Virginia, USA.
Do you accept custom orders?
As each piece is meticulously handcrafted, we’re currently unable to accommodate custom orders.
Are all items listed ready to ship?
Unless a listing is MADE TO ORDER, it is ready to ship. Please allow us up to 3 business days to pack your order. If an item is sold out, check back soon! We try to update regularly.

SHIPPING
Paper Lune Studio is located in the US and ships all orders via USPS.
DOMESTIC DELIVERY:
All domestic orders are shipped USPS First Class or UPS with Tracking. You will receive an email with shipment information once we create your package label. Paper Lune cannot be held responsible for items lost or stolen during transit. If your package hasn’t arrived on time, please get in touch with your local post office for further assistance. We have no control over packages once we ship them. Please email us if you would like to add insurance to your postage to cover the full amount of goods purchased. This must be done before we ship, so get in touch right away if you would like to add this.
Expected delivery time within the US: 2-4 days in addition to production/packaging time. Please be aware of possible delays in your area due to weather events or holidays.
INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International with limited tracking. You will receive an email with your shipment information once we create the postage label for your order. If you would like to upgrade your postage to Priority, please contact us, and we will invoice you for the additional cost. Please do this ASAP, as we sometimes ship orders on the same day.
Paper Lune is not responsible for any customs charges or duties that may be incurred during international shipment. Please keep this in mind when ordering and be aware of your country's postal policies.

Expected Delivery time to Canada: approximately 10 days in addition to production/packaging time.
Expected Delivery time Everywhere Else: average of 2-3 weeks/country-specific in addition to production/packaging time.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES
All paintings, prints, and products are final sale.
Please read all listing information before placing your order.
If a package is returned to us due to an error on the customer's end (i.e., mistaken shipping address), the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.
We do our best to protect your investment. However, should your artwork arrive damaged, please contact us immediately at info@paperlunestudio.com with photos, and we will fix the issue.
